Doing every day, you will notice the difference when you practice some of the tasks like retell lecture, describe images, or even the summarize spoken texts, or any other tasks in listening you could play with it effortlessly.
Practice of reading and listening, when we say the practice of reading and listening, it is about doing it consciously. Conscious practice of reading and listening is kind of academic work, however, doing this will boost your confidence in improving your vocabulary, understanding the different style of language and accent, and ability to comprehend, which is important for your listening and reading tasks.
