At Wings, we undertake nominated students from reputed institutes of for a work placement period of 12 weeks. We help them tap their optimum potential by providing mentoring , practical help with employability skills and strengths, applying jobs at their dream workplace. These skills help the interns achieve employment opportunities at the business .It helps in boosting their confidence to face the ‘real world’, fulfil their dreams and contribute to the community.
Language is no barrier for us as we intake interns from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds for our Internship in brisbane. Our approach to mentoring is learner centered and flexible to equip them to face experiences in their work life and help the transition into further learning and contributing to the community.
The student who is our intern abides by the rules of their institute and follows the ethical code of conduct at our institute. This not only prepares them to be employable, but also creates a better future responsible citizen.
So far, we have had interns from Brazil, India, China, Austria, Germany and Czech Republic. The references provided so far to these interns have helped them become employable at their dream placement premises.
